A Cornucopia of New Marvel Appendix Entries!

I've recently written four more entires for my old pals at the Marvel Appendix!

First, I did up entries for the Amazons from Conan the Barbarian and the man-eating Kulamtu tree. I'm no Conan expert but I did a fair bit of research for this one because one of the Amazons is called Nzinga, after the famous Angolan leader.

My other two offerings have an even more tenuous link to Angola - The Hooded Horror is a 1940s Captain America villain created by Manly Wade Wellman, the pulp writer -- it's the only definitive story he created for Marvel Comics. However, Wellman is suspected to have written another story featuring the villain George Brinner, so I wrote up an entry on him too. Enjoy!

I am back on the Marvel Appendix!

I am back for a few more profiles at the Marvel Appendix as of... just now. Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, I wrote up a profile on the Alpha Flight foes Omega Flight, whose lineup includes the disease-ridden Bile.
