Old-Time Radio Theme Month, Day 6: "It Happened"

The titles of Lights Out episodes seldom give you a strong sense of what the story is about; so it is with the May 11, 1938 installment, "It Happened."

At times, Lights Out's stories were fables wherein characters suffer penalties for their transgressions. In this instance, a young woman runs away in Paris to have a good time and winds up in the catacombs being forced by a wicked man to manufacture bone necklaces. It happens.

I can't believe nobody but me has left any comments on your radio posts! I've been kind of busy since I listened to Johnny Dollar a few days ago, but over the next few days I plan to listen to some of these, especially "It Happened!"

I will be back!

But where are the rest of the OTR fans?

This blog isn't really an OTR blog, although I have devled into it here on and off over the years. Hopefully if I keep making regular OTR posts, I'll gradually attract more of OTR fandom.
